AI COLOCATION AT FIBRE CENTRE
Fibre Centre delivers AI-ready colocation in network-neutral facilities designed for dense compute, practical interconnection, and hands-on operations. Deploy GPU infrastructure where power, cooling, and carriers are already built for scale.
AI colocation is for teams running GPU training, inference, and HPC workloads who want control of their own hardware, clear operating conditions, and a facility that expands with their build plan.
BUILT FOR AI WORKLOADS
AI infrastructure performs best when the facility supports sustained load with consistent power delivery, stable thermal performance, and deployment workflows that keep timelines predictable. Fibre Centre is built around those fundamentals, with experienced onsite execution and connectivity that supports data intensive architectures.
DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
We support dedicated rooms for larger deployments, secure cages for GPU clusters, lockable cabinets for production inference or mixed workloads, and rack unit space for pilots and early stage builds, with the flexibility to expand your footprint in phases as capacity requirements change.
POWER DELIVERY
Power options are available to support a wide range of AI and HPC architectures, including AC 600V, 208V, and 120V, and DC -48V. Redundancy options include N+1 in deployment-dependent configurations, supporting growth up to 30MW.
COOLING SYSTEMS
Our infrastructure supports N+1 and 2N cooling in deployment-dependent configurations, as well as immersion cooling for
platforms that benefit from advanced thermal performance. We also use dry-pipe preaction fire suppression systems, with design emphasis on consistent thermal performance.
NETWORK INTERCONNECTION
We provide direct fibre optic cross connects with no monthly fees, supporting straightforward growth as your architecture evolves. Our data centres feature six diverse POE conduits and on-site access to 22 global, national, and regional networks, supporting hybrid architectures, data-intensive pipelines, and low-friction connectivity.
smart hands
We supply 365 days a year on-site technical support to handle equipment installation, cabling, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance, so your team can operate remotely with confidence. Physical security is built into daily operations through layered controls, escorted only access, security trained personnel, and continuous monitoring.
The 25,000 sq ft and up to 30MW facility in Moncton offers six physical security layers, N+1 and 2N cooling, power generators and UPS backup, AC and DC, a Meet Me Room, diverse POEs, 22 Tier1–4 carriers, and Moncton Internet Exchange (MonctonIX). It is built for dense compute with connectivity-first infrastructure.
Ottawa is under development, with 30,000 sq ft and up to 6MW planned capacity. The facility will offer five physical security layers, N+1 and 2N cooling, power generators and UPS backup, AC and DC, a Meet Me Room, diverse POEs and a Layer 2 Internet Exchange. It is designed for regional enterprise and government-grade workloads with scalable expansion paths.
